3. User Responsibilities
For Students/Visitors
- You are responsible for independently verifying instructor credentials and qualifications
- Any training arrangements are made directly between you and the instructor
- You assume all risks associated with wilderness survival training activities
For Instructors
- You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
- You must maintain valid certifications and insurance as required by your jurisdiction
- You are solely responsible for the training services you provide
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Instructor Subscriptions
Instructor listings require a paid monthly subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the monthly subscription fee of $19/month (Standard) or $49/month (Premium)
- Provide accurate billing information
- Authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel
- Cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of payment for refund requests.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Important: Survival Feast is a directory platform only. We do not:
- Employ, endorse, or certify any instructors listed on our platform
- Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any training services
- Verify instructor credentials beyond basic profile information
- Assume any liability for training-related injuries, damages, or disputes
The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Survival Feast shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform
- Injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during survival training activities
- Any disputes between students and instructors
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
7. Assumption of Risk
Wilderness survival training involves inherent risks including but not limited to: physical injury, exposure to elements, wildlife encounters, and equipment failures. By using our platform to find training, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Survival Feast, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Prohibited Conduct
